Apple Pencil

Many people have attempted to make a good stylus for devices in the past. Back when people still used PDAs, you could use a very basic stylus that would just click on things, but styluses have come a very long way since then.

The Apple Pencil is the latest and greatest in stylus technology, and uses a ton of impressive features in conjunction with iPads to make your experience the best it can be.

One of the primary uses of the Apple Pencil is drawing. There are tons of drawing apps that can be downloaded onto your iPad, and the Apple Pencil takes them to the next level by adding that feeling of using an actual pencil.

There are a few ways the pencil can be used so that it feels more realistic when you’re drawing. The first thing is that it doesn’t have hardly any input lag. Basically, on other styluses, you might see the cursor lag a bit behind the actual pen, but with the Apple Pencil, it’s all synced up.

Another benefit is that you can change the thickness of your stroke by applying different amounts of pressure, and you can even change it to shade in parts by tilting it on the side of the pencil point.

While the Apple Pencil is fantastic for graphic design, it has a few other uses, as well. One use that you might be interested in is writing and note taking. Sometimes using a keyboard can feel a bit uninteresting, and it doesn’t help you remember information as well as physical writing does.

You can use the Apple Pencil to take quick, concise, and organized notes without wasting paper or lugging around notebooks. You can even go in with different tools like highlighters or markers, if your program has them, and do all of that with the same stylus.

This knocks out the need to carry around multiple kinds of writing utensils, saving you even more space in your bag. The Apple Pencil charges quickly and easily by connecting to the lightning port on the bottom of the iPad.

All you have to do is take off the cap where the eraser would be to reveal the charging extension, and plug it in. The Apple Pencil has a pretty long battery life, and when it does run out, you can recharge it with ease, eliminating the need to carry around additional chargers or batteries.
